Steve Thomas, Button's sales rep. was very knowledgeable and helpful, and gave us a great deal of confidence in his company. He took care of all the paperwork and arranged the heat audit for us. And the installed price of our new Trane high efficiency was definitely right compared with the competition.
The installation crew, Todd, Jer and Jon arrived right on time, put down protective carpeting and got right to work. The intallation went smoothly and efficiently, and when they were finished, everything was cleaned up perfectly. All the features of the new programmable thermostat and the furnace itself were patiently explained, once more proving to me that I had made the right choice with Button's Heating.
I would certainly recommend this very professional outfit to anyone wishing to upgrade their household heating/cooling.
