The Button's team was a pleasure to be involved with! Our initial phone contact with Marlene set the friendly, professional tone that would continue throughout the process. We then spoke at length with knowledgeable Sales Manager, Aaron, who also emailed us back and forth with quotes and ideas. Aaron arranged to have Dave Button, one of the company owners, come to our home to assess our needs that afternoon. Because of a chronic illness in our family, it was urgent that our AC unit be replaced ASAP. Despite it being peak season and in the midst of a heat wave, the Button's team was dedicated to making our installation a priority. The install team, headed by John, arrived right when they were supposed to, and energetically began the work. As they had said it would be, our new AC unit was in and working well within a few hours. Even the Office/Accounts Manager, Renee, was a pleasure to speak with. She ensured that our invoice was correct and appropriate for insurance purposes.
