Burglar Stop

I have been using Burglar Stops services for 5+ years. Most recently we had an issue with one of our motion sensors. Burglar Stop was very responsive and came in right away to replace the sensor at no additional fee. I was very impressed by how quick they tended to the issue. I have always found Burglar Stop to be very personable and to have a great customer service team.

I have been with the Burglar Stop for over 5 years. They have provided me with a programmable alarm system as well as telephone monitoring system on my smart phone. When I had a security issue while I was out of town - Burglar Stop contacted the police and monitored my home well after the police had left. Burglar Stop waited until I arrived back at my house and filled me in on the situation. Burglar Stop provided what I would call an above and beyond service, as there was no where in our contract that states they need to monitor my home until I return after an incident. They continue to provide me with exceptional service and I would absolutely recommend them to another homeowner in search of a home security system.

Over the past few years I have found the Burglar Stops customer service and attention to my account to be excellent and always reliable. I am very happy with their service so happy in fact I also use their security system to monitor my home. 10/10 I would recommend the Burglar Stops services to anyone.

Rick and Michelle have been fantastic to work with. They are very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and always quick at handling my requests. The technicians are also great. My installation was a little complicated and they were good at explaining how they were going to approach the problem and what were the alternatives. Great people to work with overall.

I moved into a new place and wanted to ensure it was safe. Dan came into my place and walked me through a few options. John was the installer, also very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Burglar Stop to anyone who wants a great service at a good price.

I went with Burglar Stop because of 2 factors: one, my parents use ADT and service has been horrible and non-existent. Two, recently went to friend's housewarming party and noticed their security system panel was touchscreen and I thought it was so cool. My friends are really particular and thorough with their decisions so I knew that their recommendation couldn't be wrong. I like to do my own research so I went on their website to read up and check it out - I was quite pleasantly surprised because there were lots of information about security systems, the different systems available and what they offer. They did not have the overwhelming "BOOK US NOW" signs floating around which I liked because you are bombarded with that when you go on ADT and other websites. Also, I found it was so interesting that they have a show room because none of the other companies had one. We checked out the show room because I had some questions prepared and wanted to talk to someone face to face about it. Rick greeted us and he was very pleasant and very knowledgeable in his craft. He showed us the various systems, showed us some options and educated us in the different systems so we could make the right choice. The home consultation was very thorough and we talked about all the areas we were concerned with and what products we can use to address it. Vince did our installation and he was absolutely wonderful. He was punctual, professional, courteous and very humorous. He spent a very long time hooking up the system and installation to make sure they look seamless and perfect. I was so hesitant with the wiring and drilling but looking at the end result it was so clean and discreet. After installation was done he taught us how to use everything and walked us through each step to show how was can use it. Rick called a few days later to follow up - if that's not customer service then I don't know what is. We are really glad we went with Rick and Burglar Stop, not only the security system is working great but I know I can trust them with their knowledge and their great service. Will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

I wanted to support a local business rather than a national or international business, but I also wanted great service and a good price. I read the reviews of various companies and in the end selected Burglar stop. Service and price were excellent. Burglar Stop has a deep understanding of security systems and guided me to exactly the right choice of security systems: what they installed is perfect for me. There was no attempt to sell me on more than I need. I am completely satisfied with the company in all regards and recommend them highly.

I found Burglar Stop when I was researching home security systems...yes, unfortunately after a recent break in. Bill emailed me back immediately to set up an appointment to discuss my security needs. It didn't even matter that he had to come on a long weekend. Vince handled my installation. He was time effective, personable and professional. I will be recommending Burglar Stop to my friends and neighbors.

Got the burglar stop system after a break in (like most people) . Did a lot of research before deciding on Burglar stop.
I liked the fact that there were no complaints with the BBB in 3 years unlike the bigger companies that do a lot of radio advertising.They have been in business over 25 yrs and their monitoring center is local as well. They were the only company to offer to send out someone to look at my home. I met with Dan and we did a walk through my home. He was very professional and no hard sell.
He even made some suggestions I could do myself to help improve my home security. Installation of the system I chose was on time and clean with no mess. I liked the wireless products as there are no messy wires and a very clean and modern look.
I really like the yearly savings on my house insurance now that I have a monitored burglar/fire system.
I have no problem recommending Burglar stop to anyone needing a security system.
I only wish I had done it earlier and before my break in.

We wanted to get a security system installed before going on holiday and Burglar Stop was the only one that would come and do it on short notice. They came and installed a whole, new system from scratch. We didn’t have any sort of system before. The guys arrived promptly and were professional. And their prices seem to be about the same as other companies. All in all, I was very satisfied with their services.
