Customer Service was important before calling back Budget & Save Painters
In my words I would not call back a painting contractor unless the experience and customer service was excellent. Budget & Save Painters did provide good customer service and a good experience on our initial project. This time they bundled a price project at my office, and I agreed to use their services again based on this previous experience. They followed up with me earlier this year, kept in contact with and informed me of a promotion that I did take advantage of. The project was not terribly time consuming, but did involve after business hours to be started and completed. Great job! I would highly recommend the company based on performance, customer service, and warranty. Brent
