Thank you, Wendy, for keeping us up to date with the delivery of our new windows and doors, and all the 'office stuff' you do. You're the first contact for BTTR and are fabulous at your work. Thank you, Clare and his crew, for being so great in the work you do. They have always been professional and do a great job. We love the 2 new windows added on either side of the fireplace (I especially love the brightness they bring into the room) as well as the wider replacement sliding door installed into the kitchen. The switched entry side makes so much more sense with the layout of our kitchen. Again, we love it.

I never sent in a review on the front door, but we have received so many compliments on the wider door. I love the look, and it adds some great curb appeal.

We plan to have a few more renovations done in the next few years; one being adding another window in the stairwell, and both of us look forward to dealing with Wendy, Clare and his crew, and BTTR again. Thank you for all your great work. Pat and Rita Grieve

Clare and Wendy are professionals who are very responsive to clients and want the job to be finished in a timely manner. Great product installed, site kept clean and tidy, little disruption to house routine. They also offer advice and Clare has gone put of his way to make sure the final job is excellent

Was renovating the kitchen and needed to replace 4 windows. BTTR arrived early to my home and set up everything to begin their job on time had my old windows tore out and the new ones put in, in a timely manner, when they were done they showed me what they had done and asked if I had any questions. I stated no and when it was done they took all the old windows and materials and left my home exactly the way they found it. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will continue to use them for any windows and doors that I replace in my home.
