I'm speechless. Never had worse service. A month ago I bought a bed frame. I came back to the store in 5 days to return it. The Brick representative told me that it is not possible while eating a banana. I asked why. He continued to eat a banana replied that this is a "Brick Policy". I've written to Brick 5(!) time just to discuss this strange situation and weird customer service but never got a reply. Tried to call them but the waiting time is ridiculous. This is my first and last experience with Brick. Never again!
