Ignoring issues with all other appliances, we bought a microwave with a trim kit. They sent a trim kit that was short a few screws. Arranged an exchange, they sent another box after several days. (Note that both these boxes have been clearly opened before arriving). The new box had even fewer parts than the original.
Called the brick who kept trying to slide responsibility to others without even checking the actual brand of our microwave or looking up our actual information. Still waiting for them to call us back. No ETA given, no news, nothing.
