Brick The

I am was very pleased by approach of staff Mr. Nader who is a furniture sale consultant . He is very real with excellent custermer service approaches. I like to thanks brick for providing best customer service and knowledgeable staff . We fouzia and max are thanking Mr. Mr. Nader for his patience and excellence service.

I usually don't shop at the Brick, not for any other reason than I usually don't like their selection. One day I noticed a couch that met my fancy. I showed my wife, and although we usually don't agree on style, we both really liked it. We went to the store, tried it, talked to some nice sales rep., and then bought it. The shippers came a few weeks later and did a great job bringing it in and talking to us...that I wanted to quickly run to the bank to give them some cash for their great work!

the sales people was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store to all my friends and family. I would in future look for other home furnishings.
The only thing I would not recommend is mattress

I ordered a dishwasher and they never gave it fast. they said that they are going to be ordering. but i never got it back after that.
after this, i started calling them and they kept telling me that it is coming in a week. but it never happened

I will spare you all the details of a very, very long story of a refrigerator going terribly wrong. We purchased all five of our appliances from this store, and for the most part are happy with our purchases. However, after some very aggravating problems with our fridge and the manufacturer, and the warranty company, the store manager, Randy Killam, went above and beyond to help us and ease our frustrations as much as he could. Although the problems with our fridge were very frustrating, and our confidence in this specific brand of fridge has been shattered, we would purchase from this store again because the store manager really understands customer service. It is understandable that when purchasing anything, things may go wrong, but how it is dealt with makes all the difference and will keep customers coming back.

We were hesitant about going to The Brick initially because of their very aggressive sales tactics, but we were looking for a couch and had allready gone all over the place. Brian, the sales rep on the floor that day was very helpful and accomodating, the item arrived on schedule and we are very satisfied with our purchase.
