They have been our regular service provider for annual maintenance of ac and furnace (forced air gas). They are specialists and do not work on boilers or water heaters. Everything is done well and their prices are fair. I have had both my furnace and ac replaced by them with their selection of the most appropriate equipment. They are brought in by manufacturers for jobs where others can't do the work. They are very thoughtful and I know they have my interests in mind. They can do a quick response if there is a heating problem during cold weather.

I had Brent Air Systems replace an ignitor on my furnace that had broken which meant the furnace wasn't pumping out heat, only cold air. Of course, the furnace breaks on a cold day but fortunately these guys showed up within 2 hours after the call and the furnace was up and running about an hour after that. Very quick service, explained everything and also spent some time talking to me about what had broken (the ignitor) and explained a few other aspects of the furnace.

Side note: after I had this work done, I had an unrelated issue with my furnace so when I called Brent to enquire about help, they actually diagnosed the problem over the phone and helped me fix the issue myself, saving myself at least $120. They knew it was a minor job (some minor maintenance and cleaning that was required) and that I'd probably be capable of fixing it myself and that's exactly what happened. Thanks guys!

We hired Brent Air to replace our old furnace with a new energy efficient one and to instal central air conditioning to replace our window unit. The installation of the air conditioning lines was a difficult job in our 1950's bungalow. They also replaced our old thermostat and sealed off our chimney which is no longer used. Richard checked out the job carefully and gave us a written estimate which was exactly what we paid. We got excellent advice. The equipment was installed with excellent workmanship and everything works perfectly.

Bought AC,Furnace,Air Cleaner,Humidifier from [competitor name removed--Ed] but they left me out to dry. Thank to Joel & Barb at York who had to sent Richard the owner out to inspect and correct error done. I have not seen a contractor who cared about work being done. Richard had his installer correct cold air vent damaged by AT, aligned the furnace to perfect level so it does not hum. Gave some great advise and actually took time to ensure proper setting on furnace control board such as fan speed. Also explains some maintenance schedules tips. I am refer his company to all my friends. Once I have my debts clear and ready for some duct work repairs and gas line setup for oven/stove and new water tank I will definitely call only Richard and his staff.
