Our washer was leaking so I checked Homestars. This company got good reviews and I now understand why. Steve came over and assessed the problem quickly. He told me he would find out the cost of parts and either proceed or recommend we get a new washer if it was too expensive.
It was worth doing the job and he came back a second time to complete it.
He was straightforward authoritative, easy to work with. A pleasure.

I called a number of people trying to find someone to repair the oven on my Kitchenaid gas oven. They all said they wouldn't have a clue where to start. A friend recommended Brannan's. He responded quickly, gave me an accurate quote which helped me make an informed decision. Steve showed up on time, had the job done in under an hour. I was entirely satisfied with his service.

We chose this company strictly on the positive reviews. They knew the problem and fixed it within a half an hour. It was an expensive repair but that had nothing to do with them, it was because that's just what the parts cost. Very friendly and punctual. Highly recommended.

My freezer had produced an invincible slab of ice covering the bottom of it. Calling Steve was an immediately more positive and personable experience than I had had with any of the other repair services I checked in with. The others all danced around pricing and seemed to try to lock you into their services with complicated processes for getting an estimate. Steve was willing to give a ball park figure over the phone which was incredibly helpful. When he arrived, he was friendly and courteous, fixed the problem quickly, and since the problem was indeed as I described it over the phone, his price matched his estimate. He also went over ways I could prevent the problem from happening again. Any other appliance issue I have will be directed to Brannan's Appliance Ltd.

Our washing machine was not draining and we had spent already quite a bit of money through repairmen who came and never fixed the problem. Brannans was recommended to us and he came right away and fixed the problem right away and for a very reasonable price!!!
