My freezer had produced an invincible slab of ice covering the bottom of it. Calling Steve was an immediately more positive and personable experience than I had had with any of the other repair services I checked in with. The others all danced around pricing and seemed to try to lock you into their services with complicated processes for getting an estimate. Steve was willing to give a ball park figure over the phone which was incredibly helpful. When he arrived, he was friendly and courteous, fixed the problem quickly, and since the problem was indeed as I described it over the phone, his price matched his estimate. He also went over ways I could prevent the problem from happening again. Any other appliance issue I have will be directed to Brannan's Appliance Ltd. Thanks Steve!
