Steve was great. I left a message requesting his services for fixing my dryer. He called me back within the hour. In that call, we discussed the issues with my dryer and he gave me a range of the cost to repair. He arrived on time for the appointment and was thoughtful and quite fast in getting the job done. The cost for the repair was well within the range we had discussed.
I would most certainly call him again for other appliance reapairs.
