After calling him first thing in the morning, Steve was out a few hours later. He's honest about what can and cannot be done, and is prepared to give you a break if it turns out it can't be fixed. But thankfully in our case he was able to fix it, and just half an hour later had it up and running again. Will always think of him first when I have something that needs repairs.
