Steve was very prompt returning my initial call and asked me to send images of my dryer and model number so he could come with the correct parts etc. and be well prepared to do the work.
Also provided input on my dryer informing me that I should hang onto it as long as possible as is a good make.
Very quick, well done, quote ahead of time, and pleasant.
Would definitely recommend him.
