I have been shopping around at least 20 different stores for hardwood flooring and spend lot of time for best selection and quality product and still not able to find any one helpful. But at Brampton Hardwood it took me less than 3 min for some one to greet me and help me with all question I had. Vandana was very helpful with good selection of hard wood floor with nice finish. John was the best sales person with great ideas for my flooring needs. He arrange best and very hard working crew
everything was done and finish as per timing.. I would recommend every one to Brampton Hardwood flooring to see the difference they can make..

We were thrilled with the service we received from start to finish at Brampton Hardwood Floors. John, the sales rep we worked with, is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. From the start, he answered all of our questions, helped us to narrow down our selection of flooring based on our need, budget and decor. The installation process was excellent as well. The installer came on time, worked efficiently (he only took one 25 minute break for lunch) and paid great attention to detail. Considering that any home renovation project can be troublesome, this one went fairly smoothly and there were no unexpected surprises.

I went to Brampton Hardwood because I heard good things about their warehouse sale. While the sales people can be really pushy at the warehouse sale I was happy with the flooring I purchased from there. 600 sqft for $1200.

Waited over 2 1/2 hours before got loaded due to missing information as we were bounced back and fourth between the 2 locations. Vandana seemed genuine at the beginning (during the sale)but was useless and ignored us during pickup as we tried to resolve pickup issues. Floor colour was also mixed up during pickup and she tried to substiture with 2.5" and not the 4 1/4 we ordered. Overall we are happy with the floor but service needs improvement! On a positive note, to, the lady co-ordinating pickup at the Bramalea location, job well done !!

We had an unbelievable experience at Brampton Hardwood Floors. The staff there was so helpful in choosing our floors. We explained that we wanted to install the laminate ourselves and they set us up with not only the perfect mahogany colour but the underpad was actually already attached! This was so great because it was one less step we had to do! My husband and I are not handy people and we finished all three rooms in no time. My father in law fell in love with our floors and purchased the exact same kind for his family room. The best thing is that we could go and pick out what floors we wanted and take them home with us in the same trip! It was great because we could get started right away. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better experience or outcome from going to Brampton Hardwood Floors.

I bought hardwood flooring for my living/dining room and it looks AMAZING! Vandana and the sales staff helped me with everything from picking the hardwood to answering all of my questions. This company is run without ethics or accountability. We put down a deposit for a product that was not required for several months. When we changed our mind as the product was not as described as the thickness was less than they claimed ( 11 days later) they refused to return the deposit. Please do not make the same mistake. Never give them a deposit unless you are prepared to lose the money. We are out $800 without any product.
