My neighbour and I ordered a specfic wood each about 2 months ago. Paid a Deposit. I went two weeks ago to pickup the wood and was no longer available. BH tried to sell another wood which was more yellow. Ended up buying something $$ more and still had to pay some of the delivery. My neighbour was called by BH tonight and guess what, same problem! He took is money back and is going elsewhere. Beware, never ever go to Brampton Hardwood. Any question on my experience, contact me jmeaden99@rogers.com

Hello Jason,
There was an error in inventory control. The sales rep had inputted an incorrect number of boxes into the computer. Therefore, we accounted for more than we actually had. I apologize for the inconvenience.
We have no intention to sell you anything more expensive. There is no advantage for us here. We have many samples to choose from and you can choose to switch to a more cheaper or expensive floor, or we give you a full refund as well in this case.
As well, we have never offered free delivery.
I apologize if you had an unpleasant experience.
