Worst customer service, installation and business experience
Its been over one month since the installers started a job at my house. Job was rushed. The hardwood is installed uneven. They left the job site a mess. The nose are not stained. They damaged my phone jack. Bell wants $85 to fix it. I called and asked the manager to come or send someone to come and take a look at the job. They did not. I filed a complaint with BBB to which they did not respond. The installers did not use the wax paper purchsed. Im now thinking of my next course of action because this is unbelievable and unacceptable. Its now almost Christmas and my house is still not done.
This company only wants to take your money and leave you hanging afterwards.
They engage in false and misleading advertisement. I was assured that the hardwood I purchased did not have knots. The wood was filled with burnt like markings on them.
