My husband and I used this division of the Napoleon line of gas fireplace company. While the actual installation took place in a timely manner, the time line to receive ordered items was extremely long (16 weeks). When the item in question arrived a blower the installer did not check that it was operational before installing it. After spending three hours working on the installation, the installer admited that this was the first blower he had ever received that had not worked. When questioned about doing a pretest on such items, he responded that it was something he never did because he had never known a blower to have failed before. We had to wait an additional two weeks for a new blower and then the company attempted to charge us for a second installation. The charge was eventually cancelled
