Ordered vertical blinds, but the blinds were longer than expected due to distance variance of the blind mechanism not properly accounted for, which is compensated for by deleting from the overall length. I measured the distance correctly and verified by their installer; however they use a standard default measurement, which is incorrect as verified by their installer - this will need to be corrected by them to ensure proper measurements/delivery, so please be aware of this - should be 0.5 inches shorter.
The company issued a letter to me to guarantee me for the life of the blinds that if it stretches, I will have it repaired or replace, which is great!!
The sales person I worked with was great!! Friendly and courteous, which I will continue to use as my representative.
Delivery is VERY fast. Within 2 days (incl wknds), the blinds were ready. Like their commerical, blinds delievered quick.
Product seems of great quality as well.
Will do business with them again despite the above and I think the sales person really made things better. (European gentleman with an accent)
