See the installation issues in the photos ,they damaged my walls and they arent capable of taking correct measurements
quick summary of my issues are as follows and photos will elaborate more
My wall was dented and scratched from the installation
The valences were scratched from the installation
Improper valences installation . where there gaps in the conjunctions
incorrect measurements were taken so he insisted on banging to make it fit .. result are dents , scratches and that the blind doesn't even reach the metal frame . one blind came 57 inches wide instead of 58 5/8..so he had to suspend it more so that the role can take the required distance
incorrect measurements were taken this resulted in a more light gap that what was expected and no symmetry even on each side of the metal frame . One side even doesn't reach the metal frame . In other words both sides are centralized and light gap is way to big than what was communicated
He doesn't have proper tools for installation such as the water leveling ruler .. I asked for it when he said that ceiling wasn't the one proper ... ie meaning the ceiling was tilted but we couldn't check as he didn't have the proper tools .. Why is he coming not properly equipped ?
Not cleaning up after his work and leaving the place a mess

I was very happy with the service I received when I ordered 4 sets of blinds. The blinds were ready when they predicated and look amazing installed .staff were very informative and professional

We needed a large blind for our dining room in order to adequately cover the sliding door. We wanted a well-priced decorative blind which had a sort of woven grass look to it but which was not expensive. We went to Blinds to Go a couple times to pick out the right colour and right size and weight of blind. They were a bit busy and short-staffed so we had to wait somewhat for help. The customer service was average, nothing to write home about. However, we placed our order and then picked it up. It was ready in a timely manner. Although it was a bit pricey, it was still better-priced than many other blinds / window coverings shops. After it was installed it looked gorgeous and it has held up perfected with no defects nor problems for the last 6 years. Well worth the money spent.

We ordered blinds from Blinds to Go on Saturday afternoon, and they were ready for pickup on Monday morning. Great service. When we unpacked them, we found a mark on the header strip, and they promptly replaced it. Good experience, very reasonable price for custom blinds. Easy installation, and they look great.

They did a great job. The blinds fit perfectly and they were easy to install. I was amazed at the great service and the professional people. The customer service is great.
