2018 Backyard Renovation and Pool Installation
We hired Betz Pools to do a complete renovation of our back yard that included a pool, integrated hot tub, patios, deck, fencing and a cabana for the pool equipment. We called them in June so they could only promise that we would have our project finished by the end of the season. They came the last day of August and were 99% completed by October 30. We were extremely happy with the job they did in every respect. We loved the process they took us through to design and pick out finishes. We made very few changes once they started. We held back a portion of the payment until the next spring when some final to-do items were completed - these things always take longer than you want because the contractors have moved on to new projects. But the delays were minor and handled professionally. I did find their billing a little confusing. Overall we were thrilled with our new backyard and pool. In fact we ended up selling our house in Aurora last summer and have hired Betz to perform their magic for us again in our new house in Newmarket.
