From our first contact Mike (the owner himself) walked us through what we were facing, using pictures and plain language. Then his team showed up and completed the work professionally, promptly and taking care to be respectful of our home and our neighbours. And the final bill? so much better than expected. Beyond reasonable would be a good way to put it. We've used Better before, but never in an emergency like this. And they saved us!
