Battiston Construction

We spent a considerable amount of money with Battiston to dig out and renovate our basement, along with some other work when we moved into our current house. Our experience with Battiston was very disappointing. We did change a few things along the way, but the project dragged out months longer than it should have. Communication was poor throughout, and I had to continually follow up with Luciano to get things done. Two years later, we still have a down pipe that was never finished because I gave up after calling so many times.

Supervision, quality and attention to detail was also poor, we just discovered that they didn't even caulk around the new basement windows, allowing moisture and cold air to seep in. An interlock job on the driveway was done twice, but still collects large puddles of water. Lots of other examples, and not nearly the level of professionalism I would expect, given the price paid.
