Bathtub King Refinishing Of Brampton

Back in the 1990's before something could be published as easy as this, we had Joe come out and re-glaze our old bathtub. He did and the paint peeled before our warranty had expired. After several attempts to contact Joe, he finally came out. To make a long story short, he argued that it was negligence that caused the tub to peel. He also was aggressive and yelled , trying to intimidate me.(My husband was not home). I told him if he did not want back up his written warranty, I would see him in Small Claims Court. It was only then and only then, he agreed to re-spray parts of the tub. Upon completion, it again peeled within 6 months. I did not attempt to call him again because it wasn't worth it for what he put me through.
He is a rather large man and used this to his advantage. At the time, I was a mere 110 lbs.. Honest, he was difficult and accused me of negligence . This tub peeled after about 3- 4 months of being sprayed. He must have used poor quality paint and maybe he has improved it today considering he is still in business. He acted like a bully at my home.
The BBB at the time told me to put in in writing for others which I did not do. I should have but it feels good to vent the complaint now.
