Ordered a custom made sofa from Barrymore. Took delivery in Sept of 2013. Within the month started having problems with the fabric. Went back to dealer and even though the furniture restoration expert they sent out told me that he could not fix the fabric, it was not salvagable, they did nothing. I decided to go to the company and called VP K Ottenbrite in December. I sent her a video of the sofa's condition, we spoke on the phone and she seemed quite interested in resolving my problem . Now despite numerous emails which were acknowledged with her automatic 'Thanks for your email' message and several phone calls nothing is happening. She says she will call me back and never does. If this is customer service, I would hate to see customer disservice. Needless to say I am very frustrated and feel I am being ignored with the hope that I will just go away. I really don't know what else I can do.

This customer purchased her Barrymore from our dealer in Winnipeg. Upon closer inspection of the sofa fabric, it was discovered that the fabric was indeed defective. The sofa has been replaced to the customer's satisfaction.
