We worked with a wonderful designer who helped us create what is now a fabulous kitchen. We negotiated a 15% holdback on payment (their terms are full payment before installation) and we are glad we did. The first day of installation there were 2 doors and 3 drawer fronts missing, plus a piece of trim. In fairness, the installer (who was amazing) told us they had been flagged for quality and would be installed when ready. The same day the office called and asked how we would be paying the balance. I said... upon completion. 2 weeks later the 3 drawer fronts, 2 doors and the trim arrived. The drawer fronts were installed as well as one of the doors, but there was a handle missing and the trim piece was the wrong colour. After 2 more weeks, the door and trim were installed and the kitchen was complete. The installer told us that we were entitled to a free adjustment at any time. We decided to wait and see how things were after we had our backsplash installed. When that was done, we called Justin, to have our valence trimmed and reinstalled (early November) and he did the old stall and avoid. In my mind, after sales service is every bit as important as the sale. Maybe someone should tell them. To this day they have not returned my calls or texts.
