Baeumler Quality Construction And Renovations Inc.

We approached Baeumler Quality Construction (BQC) for a full renovation. We paid a lot of money for them to design and engineer changes including applying for a building permit. They are horrible to deal with and walked away because we wouldn't agree to the GAG order in in their contract. The contract favoured BQC unfairly and didn't offer us any decision-making rights or even an actual project price. After working with BCQ on the designs for 8 months and choosing all of the materials, BQC would only provide a rough estimate of the costs. Who signs a contract without a solid price?? BQC was unwilling to negotiate ANY terms of the contract. Horrible people to work with. We wouldn't recommend going with BQC or their cabinetry wing Baeumler Custom Cabinetry (BCC). Absolutely nothing in it for the customer. It all comes down to the Baeumler name just being a big marketing wheel that all. Baeumler makes money on sponsorship and tv now, customer satisfaction be damned.
