Terrible Company - Updated - Bad Boy Came Through
I placed an order for a freezer expecting a reasonable delivery date, after waiting a month for any sort of communication on behalf of Bad Boy I reached out to their customer service department and was informed that the freezer should arrive to their warehouse in another two months and should be delivered to me shortly after that. I explained to them that this was unacceptable and requested a refund. I was told that all sales are final. As far as i am concerned, no sale has taken place as there has been no exchange of product or service for money, they have simply taken my money and given me nothing but empty promises in return.
*UPDATE*
It is a shame that one has to take to social media in order for a company to take corrective action but I will give kudos to Bad Boy for rectifying this situation.
