5 Months Later - still waiting for a fully paid freezer!

Nov 2020, order a freezer online which was ‘available’. April 2021, no freezer, impossible to get customer service on the phone, very rude when your do, refuse to confirm delivery date, refused to refund!
It’s not acceptable for the company to use Covid as an excuse for horribly run company with the worse customer service in Canada. Many other companies we have ordered furniture and appliances have supply chain issues but they gave all been helpful and delivered eventually. But Bad Boy is truly a horrible horrible exception. I wish there was a way of advertising our experience so others don’t go through what we are still going through.
