Incorrect information on posted on website, “customer’s fault”
We ordered an Ashley brand double trundle bed from the bad boy website. When we finally received the order 2 months later, it was just the regular bed frame, no trundle, and a nightstand we did not order. I let the company know, after finally getting through many many times while on hold/waiting for promised calls and emails back which were not returned, that their information on the website was wrong. They said what I ordered never existed. They quickly changed the info on the website and never got back to me. Good thing I had a screen shot of the page when I originally ordered. Asked for them to take back the night stand and give a trundle. They didn’t have a trundle and only offered $50 refund, leaving me with the bulky nightstand I didn’t need. We had to spend $100 to make the bed work the way we needed to on a posture board. They wouldn’t even compensate for that. Basically it was our fault and we had to call them over and over again over a month period of time just to get some rectification. IT WAS YOUR INCOMPETENT COMPANY’S MISTAKE. HELP THE CUSTOMER AND FIX IT
