iTrust guarantee nothing but run around
Bought a couch from the Brampton store. Saw it at a reduced price in early December and then again after Christmas. Based on the iTrust Guarantee on the front page of the website I requested the $100 store credit that was owed me.
I was told they had to contact the head office and I would hear back the following Monday. After 3 phone calls (in which I was again told I would be called right back), another store visit and almost two weeks I get a response that they won't offer the credit because it was boxing week pricing even though it was still on for the same price almost two weeks after boxing day. Not to mentioned when you click on the "learn more" button on the ITrust guarantee they don't even reference the price match policy that they are hiding behind. All it says is guaranteed lowest prices for life with no around. Very disappointing experience.
All they have accomplished is to lose a customer for life over a $100 store credit and incredibly bad follow up service.
