Boyfriend and I picked out new couch, chair and coffee table some time in November. Bad Boy only delivers to our area once a month and we had just missed the delivery date so we had to wait a month. Fine. Except they all us a day before DD telling us our stuff is on back order and won't be delivered for ANOTHER MONTH. we had already got rid of our old stuff to the dump and could not go a month without furniture. Unacceptable. So they tell us to come down (50 minute drive which we had already made to pick our original stuff) and pick out new stuff that would be in stock and could be delivered the following day. So we drive back to barrie and have to settle for furniture that we didn't like as much as our original choice because it was all that was in stock at the time. The couch and chair arrive the next day but the coffee table was still on back order for another month. We decide after a few more weeks of waiting that we no longer want coffee table. Make the call to Bad Boy and customer service tells us that we can only have store credit. This is ridiculous Bad Boy. Get your crap together. And if you can't satisfy the customer, offer more than store credit. What if I don't want to order from your crappy store again? Now I'm being forced to?
