We purchased a leather recliner love seat and couch from Bad Boys Burlington in July, requested delivery in August because we were redoing our floors. (they called numerous times to try and get an earlier delivery date - its like they didn't hear us as to why we had to wait!)
We had chosen bad boys, as our previous couch was from there and we had it for 15 years no problems. This time around, nothing but problems. First they delivered a love seat and chair instead of a sofa. Then when they called after everything was delivered to "check in" my husband filed complaint number one. There are areas on the furniture that have no "stuffing!" Threads hanging everywhere and the firmness is totally different between the love seat and sofa, although it is supposed to be memory foam, huge indents are left behind from elbows. in less then 4 weeks it was already ripping, and fabric unstiched and hanging under the recliner foot rest part. It took 6 calls to customer service, and then I just went to the store to complain in person. That finally got a technician out to the house (2 months later!) Even he said how crappy the couches were and the store should be unwrapping the furniture to check for defaults before delivery. Now 2 weeks later, we still are waiting for a response about what the techincian sent to customer service. I have gotten creative answers that the technician didn't send it, the file wasn't uploaded, we left him a message. I am so disgusted by the customer service, I will be looking elsewhere for the other furniture we plan to buy. They have lost all my business and I will be sure to tell friends not to shop there either!!! If it is not resolved, I will be after the company for a full refund when I bring the furniture on a trailer to the store! What we had delivered was nothing like what we sat on in the store. What a complete disappointment.
