Sectional, Bench & Dinning Set

Buying furnitures are not to make you mad & angry. I don't know how many times I have had this response since I started this insane & frustrating process. I purchase my furnitures in July 25, 2014 & was told that it will be deliver between 4-6 weeks. Buying furnitures in Badboy is like pulling teeth. After 5th or 6th week they will tell you pay the remaining balance & oh by the way you are not getting the other furninture it will be arriving at the end of September. We are almost the end of September got a voice mail that the dining set will be "arriving" Thursday 9/25/14 , pay the balance & set up an appointment for delivery. Sounds good right? So, I called and set up for Friday delivery & mentioned that I will come by to the store & pay the balance. So far so good right? OH NO! The lady said okay & by the way your bench will be arriving in October. We can deliver both when the bench arrive. How convenient!!! Pulling teeth right? I said, I want to speak to your manager & got a response they are busy right now and someone will call you back. Waited for hours until I fell asleep no managers call me back. It has been 8 weeks & 1 day I still did not get my furniture dinning set. I went to the store to cancel my bench, pay the balance & I arrange for Friday delivery. The girls infront said tbat you need to call Shamila. Shamila came & thinks that she knows what she was doing instructed her employee to deduct it & somehow she was telling me to pay more than what I owe them since I cancelled the bench. Huh? To make the long story short she called their accounting department & told me the dollar amount. Thank God someone enlighten her mind. So now the delivery, somehow someone cancelled it because no one was answering the phone call & they keep trying to contact us. That's right no one is answering the phone call because my husband & I don't have better things to do and we don't work people. And they cannot accommodate my request to deliver it in the afternoon/evening which is between 4-5:30 the normal time that most people who doesn't have better things get from their leisure time. Again, they called Shamila the so called "manager" made a phone call & her employee repeatedly told her in the afternoon/evening. Shamila said okay no problem "service department" said no problem.September 26 7:48 got an automated call that they will deliver the table between 8:15-12:15. Called the store in Brampton & spoke to Ali store manager who called his people stupid when they screw the delivery of the sectional. Since Shamila was there also so he gave the phone to her & told me that I was wrong, yelling at me on the phone & told me that I was not telling the truth. In other words I am a "L" since I can say that word here.I was so livid, disrespected & then she pass the phone to Ali. Instead of helping me he said call head office & for the mean time he will call service department & see what he can do then he will call me back. It has been 12 hours pass no Ali, any managers from Brampton branch & even anyone from their head office did not call me. NICE! That's what you called customer service. Whoever read this post & you need my honest opinion DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BADBOY!!! They care less about you, the employees are unprofessional that includes managers. This is my first time that I have been treated or never dealt with a company who yells, who will call you a "L" & argue to a customer. Niether of 2 people I actually spoke with, offered an apology for the things that they screwed. I am encouraging all Badboy customer who posted anything here or have complaints lets get together file a complaint with better business bureau. PLEASE WRITE A COMPLAINT TO BUSINESS BUREAU. LET STOP THIS NONSENSE THAT THEY ARE DOING TO US.
