Ironcrest Bonded Leather Sofa Set
We bought a 3 piece power reclining sofa set (Ironcrest Bonded Leather Power Reclining SKU 906478) at Bad Boy in London. After 5 days of use, the power reclining sofa stopped working. I called Bad Boy Service Department and their first question was: Did you purchase Extended Warranty? I did purchase the warranty but why is that even a factor on something only 5 days old. So the call to the service department was on Saturday and I was told that a technician would call me back. After not hearing from the technician by Tuesday, I called again and the service department told me that the technician would be coming. The technician finally called me on Wednesday and said he would be coming on Saturday. YES, 1 week after I reported the new furniture was broken before a technician would show up. I called the service department and told them that this was totally unacceptable and they did nothing.
Given that the sofa was only 5 days old, I think tis clearly indicates that the item is of poor quality and should have been replaced. VERY POOR Customer service.
I will not buy anything from this store again nor will I recommend it to anyone else. They certainly don't tell you when you buy there and gladly take your money for extended warranty that you will need to wait a week for a technician if you need repairs. AGAIN VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I gave a rating of 0 because that is the lowest that I can choose but even 0 is too high of a rating for this place.
