Custom Sofa

Who gets great customers service from Bad Boys NOOOO BODY!!!! We purchased a custom upholstered couch, loveseat, and chair from Bad Boys Barrie in early May. The couch set was delivered and left in the plastic wrap. After the delivery driver left I proceeded to unwrap the set and was dismayed to see it was the right fabric but, the wrong style of couch. I quickly called to have the delivery driver turn around and take the incorrect set back. They told me "too bad you'll have to wait a week for them to pick it back up and, sort out the issue". The sales person at the store tried to blame me for the mix up stating, "I should have read over the sales contract". I told her I clearly pointed out the set I wanted and, had a witness who was there when I placed the order. The sales lady said, "I will have to sort out if head office to see if they will even the correct the mistake. The contract did say final sale". It's absurd they would expect the customers to know the SKU # of their products and the name of the couch sets. It took three weeks for the Barrie store to acknowledge that the wrong sofa set would even be replaced. All the while, I had 3 plastic wrapped pieces in the middle of my living room. I was told if they were damaged I would be expected to pay for them as well. Finally months later we got the right set. I received no apology and was treated very disrespectfully. We were told we would be compensated with a gift certificate from the company for the terrible customer service and, of course have received nothing. Worst customer service ever. I am a nurse and my husband is a teacher and, word of mouth goes a long way. I will never purchase anything from this company again.
