Bought a sofa set. they delivered 2 weeks later. Sofa was damaged upon delivery. They won't take it back and told me it was my problem and needed to call Customer Service.
By far the worst CS I have ever dealt with. Don't bother leaving a message because they will NEVER get back to you. Instead feel free to sit on hold for a long time only to get a snappy lady giving you some other kind of excuse as to why they can't replace your sofa right away.
Over a 3 month period I was told, we don't have any in stock need to order (we will get back to you), we realized they are not in our warehouse and need to call manufacturer (we will get back to you), we had 1 in stock but it was sent out to another customer (we will get back to you). By far the most frustrating purchase I have ever dealt with.
After 3 months of getting NO answers or help I enlisted the help of my lawyer to try and setup a law suit for them refusing to supply me with my purchase I made 3 months ago. I left a message and told them I need a delivery date or my lawyer will get involved. 15 minutes later I got a phone call, they had a sofa magically in stock and delivery was scheduled a few days later.
To top it off the entire process I was promised a gift certificate for my inconvenience, however they could not send it out until my file was rectified and closed. So after having everything in order I called back and was given the following answers everytime I called:
1. Sorry your file is closed we cannot process your request anymore.
2. Ok we will send you $75, it will arrive in 3 weeks. (They falsely claimed they were sending me one but never actually did)
3. Call back to see if it was sent out, and was told they need to look into and will call me back
4. Call back again, and was told the exact same thing. (oh and I did i mention, I said I do not want a call back but rather I would like to wait on hold. The exact response I got was "Sorry Sir, it is against company policy to place customers on hold")
It's now been 2 weeks and no call back as figured.
Also, after you call, they will spend 5 minutes reading notes on your file, at which point their tone changes ENTIRELY!!! and all of a sudden they can't seem to help you anymore.
When you ask for their name/employee ID they always give you a name like , Anna-marie, or Anna-bell. Yet good luck EVER trying to talk to that person again. Maybe, a bit crazy but am convinced they give fake names, so they can identify "trouble makers" when they call back.
