Very Bad Experience with Bad Boy.
Bought a furniture from them on Saturday May 3rd, 2014 for delivery on Thursday after 6pm as promised by the sale person named Anthony.
Then on Monday when I called to confirm the delivery and then found out that they don't deliver on my area as promised at the time of sale. Sales person made a mistake.
They even didn't bother me to call and tell me. I called and found out.
They deliver only Wednesday in the North York area.
I told them I am paying $55 for delivery charge and not to be deliver on their time.
After some dispute with sales person and a manager name Ram I wanted to cancel the order but they don't cancel.
According to RAM, whether I take it or not sale is final and they can't do anything about it.
This is worst customer service I have ever faced.
I will never buy anything from then and I encourage others to find other better place where they respect you as a valued customer not one time hit and run with your money.
