Furniture Nightmare!

Where to start.... The new Whitby location is a joke. There we're 20 sales people and 1 warehouse worker. I had to make multiple trips to the location for pickup. Both times I went to the customer service desk to deal with paperwork and they sent me around the back of the store where both times I had a 20+ minute wait for a worker to open of the door to load my merchandise.
After my purchase I realized the box spring would not fit into my home, (now they explain there are no refunds), So to try and make the best of a bad situation I decided just to exchange it and be done with it. The option I had was to get a "split" box spring. At first I was told over then phone to bring in the old box spring for a straight exchange, but it was close to closing so I would have to wait. I called the next day to confirm everything that was discussed the previous day and I was now quoted $100 more. After arguing over the phone, the sales manager said that If i didnt have the sales persons name that gave me the quote I was out of luck. I decided to just bite the bullet because I need the box spring. Now im ready to go to the store for the exchange and When I get there im quoted $200 more than the original offer and told that the price I was given over the phone was wrong. I decided to return the box spring for store credit and they gave me $18 less than what i paied for it. They said it was because of a package price with the mattress. I ended up using the store credit to purchase a tablet because I know they dont make any profit on those small electronic items. The staff at the Whitby location are crooks. WARNING: DO NOT SHOP AT BADBOY WHITBY.
