I purchased a GE Washing Machine from Bad Boy in 2017 which broke. After numerous phone calls to Bad Boy, visits to the store and conversations with the manger Renza repairs to the machine where not completed properly, Bad Boy then made me contact GE directly and they replaced with a new machine in 2019. It is now 2022 and the machine is broken again with the same issues as the previous machine. It is now 3 weeks with a broken Washing Machine and I am still waiting for a repair person to come fix it. I called 3 weeks ago and was told a repair company would contact me within 24-48 hrs. This never happened. Week 2 I called again and was given a phone number to a company that would come repair the machine. 24 hrs after that the repair company tells me that they do not service Bad Boy repairs. I proceeded to call Bad Boy again who gave me a phone number for a different repair company. The company advised they would come last Monday, when I asked what time (since I work outside of the house) they advised when the have the schedule done. I was never contacted and a repair person has still not come to the house. I proceeded to call Bad Boy again this week and requested to speak with the manager. Was advised they would call me back, which they have not. Called again today January 21, 2022 and proceeded to hold for 35 min only to be hung up on. Called again and held for 30min to speak to customer service who advised they can not transfer me to the manager but to call her directly. Upon getting the manager's (Renza) voice mail, I was advised she will return my call in 48hours and that she is off August 2. What kind of service is this?
