Been a customer for over 15 years, and have seen all manner of service people. Some were AMAZING! Some not so much.
Anthony is new to the game, and he's AWESOME! One of the most thorough techs I've ever seen. Checked aspects of our system that no tech had ever checked (and I watch them all:-)).
Worth every penny.
