We have an old Toronto rowhouse. Rudy from Atlas came by and did a thorough review of our situation (complicated by being attached) before making a detailed quote for a new high-eff furnace and AC. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just great information about options. James, Nick, and Dave R came to do the install. They were courteous, explained everything clearly to us, neat, and went the extra mile (filling in a crack through which some mice had been coming in and helping us maintain our existing air filter system).
