I recently had my air conditioning unit fail and called for emergency service.My call was answered promptly by the on call technician Nimo Mansouri. I explained what happened and what I saw on the outside compressor and Nimo guided me on what to do to incapacitate the unit. He then immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time,diagnosed the problem and corrected it right away. I was totally impressed with his professionalism. Nimo is a real asset as I see it and I hope to have him service our needs in the future. You could not have a better representative for the company. Well done Nimo.
