Our AC broke down Saturday night. I called AtlasCare Sunday morning and they paged their technician ( Kyle ) for me who responded within an hour. He showed up a couple hours later and got to work.

The problem was a hard to spot weak connector to the capacitor of the compressor and took a while to spot and repair.

I'm extremely satisfied with Kyle's hard work and honesty. Ultimately I was charged for the off-hours consultation fee of $169+tax - which was very reasonable considering the circumstances.

Am more than likely to call them again - and probably get a service plan if this happens more frequently.
