Yearly Maintenance on Furance/Gas Fireplace
We were very satisfied with Atlascare when we had our fireplace maintained and decided to go with the protection plan.
They recommended that we change a part ignition switch as it will need to be repaired soon but not now. When the part come and they came to install they said it was not covered and we would have to pay $250 or they would remove the part.
We paid and had to make several phone calls come Monday morning to have this refunded.
We lost faith in the ability of Atlascare and decided to end our relationship as we felt not all there technician were qualified.
