I am trying to cancel my HVAC plan. The call center operator says they cannot do this. Someone else will call me back. I was told they cannot even transfer my call to the other department. I have to get special permission to answer personal calls during the working day. No one has called me back yet. First request was May 22. Second attempt was May 31. This is getting very frustrating.
