Atlantic Windows & Door Systems Inc

I ordered laser etched custom windows, asking Atlantic to match the etched windows already installed in one room.
I did not get what I asked for, their designer instead decided to do it differently. I now have two styles of etching on windows facing the street. I complained a few times, was promised a response and was never looked after. I paid for the windows in good faith on their commitment to rectify the situation. It never happened and I hate looking at my expensive dining room window every time I see it.
Mistakes can happen, but make them right. I would NOT recommend this company.
