We used ASAP almost 5 years ago. I was surprised to see that they were still around and responded recently. The service was extremely accommodating. They realized how important it was for the service to take place asap. The tech was thorough and reassuring. He provided ID and an explanation of what he did.

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- ask for ID before allowing the worker into your home especially if their vehicles are not marked. There may be a good reason for this! Give preference to those who are bonded and have been around for a long time.
