Robert and Matthew did a great job changing out my 2 leaking old toilets, old leaking sink faucet and fixing the 2 leaking shower faucets. They were very knowledgeable and professional and treated me (a senior citizen) with the respect and dignity a customer always deserves! They didn't try to up-sell anything - they were very honest in what needed to be done and the cost was fair and reasonable. After they completed the work, they thoroughly cleaned up and removed all of the garbage which I thought I would be stuck with - including taking away 2 very heavy old toilets! I have used Archdekin Plumbing multiple times over the past 7 years and have always found them to provide excellent service. Most recently, Matt took care of a few odd jobs such as changing the cartridges on the master tub and kitchen faucets, replacing a basement shut off valve and upgrading the washing machine hoses. He also took the time to provide helpful explanations and useful info on a small DIY plumbing issue.

Water was backing up in laundry tub when I did laundry or washed dishes in the sink upstairs . Called these guys, they came on the day I picked, right on time. Right away they knew what the problem was and told me a price to do the job right. Came back another day, went to work right away. The drain under the concrete floor in my basement was plugged up pretty bad. The guys showed me. Now everything drains away. This company is fantastic and i would recommend them anytime.

Rob and Kevin came to our home and gave us a ballpark estimate to repair our basement floor drain. I liked the fact that Rob gave me an honest opinion whether or not he'd fix it if he was in my shoes.

In the end, I'm very satisfied with their service. They also completed the work in less time and the cost came in under the original estimate (when they learned they didn't need to fix the trap). Highly recommend!

We have used Archedkin Plumbing twice in the month of December for two unrelated plumbing problems. They are BRILLIANT. They come quickly and get the job done to your satisfaction. Their fee is reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Have a 1960's house with septic - so right off the bat, many plumbers wouldn't even come out to quote. Rob came out to inspect and quote and explained that the main drain stack elbow going out to septic was corroding and what we thought was waste dripping out was actually just the rust. He explained that the thickness of the cast iron pipe meant that we had some time, it wasn't an urgent situation. As it was coming up on Christmas we were happy to be able to wait until the new year. We also had old copper waste piping under the main bathroom and were concerned about the age. He agreed it should be replaced and quoted the entire job. When he and Matt arrived, they were courteous, quick and cleaned up after themselves. The bathroom job involved cutting away drywall in the facing room and they did so in such a way that it will be easy to replace and again, they cleaned up very well after the work. We now have peace of mind knowing that all the waste pipes are PVC and good for the next 30 years! Thanks Rob and Matt for doing a great job!

I have used Archdekin twice this past year for some fairly minor plumbing jobs. Different people came each time and the service from both was top notch. They know what they're doing and each time the charge was laid out up front before work was done and was reasonable.

Had tried a couple of other plumbing services the past year and Archdekin was the best for service at a reasonable cost. Ed and his assistant came and was super customer friendly. Diagnosed the issues then presented options and costs for each different option. I agreed to the work and they preformed it quickly and professionally. I couldn't have asked for a better plumbing service and outcome. Have already talked to him about another small job I need done.

A non-visible leak was detected in the ceiling under the master bath during a home inspection. We called Archdekin and they sent two gentlemen out who determined that it was not the tub as the home inspector suspected, but the toilet.. they replaced the toilet and valve, both were leaking. Once they finished that, they did a little exploratory around the tub to verify that there were no issues with the tub... took some pictures and neatly cleaned up the wall. Much appreciated!
