I am a General Contractor in the GTA. It's hard enough finding reliable trades, especially when you are under the gun. I had a leak from the underground conduit to my electrical panel, a leak where the water line comes in from the well pump, and a leak where the electrical comes in through the foundation for the well pump. I found Aquaseal from the Yellowpages of all places, and was skepitcal as anyone would be finding a contractor without a personal performance history.

Perrie not only came when he said he would, charged what he discussed over the phone, they cleaned up and assured me that they were a phone call away should anything need warranty. So far, the work is still in good standing.

I was in a situation where they could have easily taken advantage of me due to my situation, but they honoured their price and their warranty. Not often you find this out of a phone book.

Sealed two basement cracks (opposite sides of the house).

After our call to AquaSeal, Pierre came to our home and made a thorough inspection of the two leak sites. He gave us an estimate of the cost and the time for the job. We agreed on a start date. On the agreed start date he and his team arrived and started to work to seal the two basement cracks "on opposite sides" of the house. We were very satisfied by their workmanship and professional demeanour. After allowing time for the ground to settled he return-ed to a final tidy up. We have seen no hint of moisture since.

I contacted Pierre on a Friday of a long weekend and he was here the following Tuesday. Pierre was very knowledgable and got the job done in a timely manner. He fixed the crack in the cement wall exactly as he said and then some. I recommend this company.

I contacted Aquaseal on May 19th and spoke with the owner, Pierre, that evening to discuss the leak issue in my basement. Pierre arranged to come out, himself, the following morning and in under an hour had fixed the leaking rod hole by sealing it with Aquapak. Pierre also did a walk through of my basement with me to look for any additional issues and guided me through the process should any other problems arise in the future. I would definitely use Aquaseal again, and would recommend to others.

My Mom's basement had a leak, called Pierre and he was there within hours to assess the problem. Found a large crack in the wall which he had informed us could be fixed without digging. It's been almost 2 years now and no more leak issues. I would highly recommend Aquaseal Basement Waterproofing.
